I frequently advise both landlords and tenants in relation to lease renewals and the sale and purchase of business premises, alongside some residential conveyancing work.   

I have over 40 years post qualification experience and prior to establishing Lester Campbell was the Senior Partner at Lester Morrill Solicitors, which was established 44 years ago in 1972.The primary areas of practice, and my niche for many years, was the representation of clients appearing before criminal courts and civil litigation and, in particular, clinical negligence and social justice. Over the years, as those departments grew and the work was covered by colleagues, I began to focus more on property transactions and, for the last 10 or so years have almost exclusively acted on property transactions.   This led to my decision to retire from Lester Morrill and establish Lester Campbell, enabling me to focus 100% on residential and commercial property and service my established loyal following of clients who appreciate my traditional and personal service.
