Danielle Clark

Danielle is an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor managing cases/projects across the full spectrum of real estate.  Danielle has particular expertise in landlord and tenant and estate management having spent over a decade working in-house with one of the largest service retailer in the UK.  Here Danielle managed a portfolio of over 2,000 leasehold properties.

Before moving to an in-house role, Danielle was an associate at Walker Morris Solicitors in the real estate and development department.  She advised clients from small independents to large scale private equity firms on all aspect of acquiring, disposing of and developing commercial property.

Prior to this Danielle trained and qualified in the Commercial Property division at Freeths in Nottingham having completed her LLB (Hons) Law degree and Legal Practice Course in the city.
