Emily Wheatley

I am a qualified Solicitor with over 15 years’ experience advising on all manner of commercial and residential property transactions. After heading departments for the last 6 years at major law firms,  I joined Lester Campbell in early 2023 to specialise in commercial property and investment Buy-to-Lets (BTL) as well as all areas of residential conveyancing.

In particular, I have extensive experience in landlord and tenant work including leases, lease assignments and lease renewals as well as commercial refinance sale and purchase. I also have a strong Buy-to-Let client base where I act for both company and individual investors on their portfolio acquisitions, sales and refinances as well has a solid background in acting for individual clients on their residential sale and purchases.
