Should you require a pre-auction review a fee will be agreed with you in advance which is typically 50% of the full fee payable based on the guide price and our Purchase Price List, subject to a minimum fee of £495 plus vat.    Should you successfully bid thereafter this will be deducted from our final bill which will be as per our Purchase Price List.   The balance of our fee and any expenses incurred would be payable prior to completion.
