“I assist the Residential Conveyancing team and am particularly involved in the sale files. One of my favouring tasks is preparing the Contract packs and subsequently taking instructions and responding to pre-contract enquiries with a view to progressing the sale files as quickly as possible."

In addition, I provide support to the whole team and am responsible for administrative tasks and post-completion work. I am also often the first port of call for clients and others seeking progress reports and will attend clients face to face to provide assistance completing paperwork if required.

Harriet works Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
